Who is Health e-Choice™?
- Health e-Choice, LLC is a network marketing company, (hereinafter “company”), that is introducing the SmokeFree™ to our affiliates and customers. Other people, businesses and entities, not related to this company, have products that are marketed and commonly known as the “electronic cigarette”. Our company in no way endorses or recognizes the marketing strategies or implied uses for these so called “electronic cigarettes” that are in clear violation of Federal Law. The SmokeFree™ is not intended to be used with nicotine or any other drug as defined by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our Company is not making any health claims, either qualified or unqualified and in no way markets this product to mitigate the dangers of traditional tobacco cigarette use or nicotine addiction. SmokeFree™ has not been evaluated by the FDA for use as a smoking cessation device. SmokeFree™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or mitigate any disease or medical condition. SmokeFree™ is not a health product as it provides no health benefit from its use.
Is using a SmokeFree™ safe?
- Studies have shown that traditional cigarette smoke contains over 4,400 chemicals, 69 of which are believed to cause cancer. None of these chemicals are present in the vapor of the SmokeFree™ which consists of water, propylene glycol and natural flavoring.
What is a SmokeFree™?
- The SmokeFree™ consists of a cartridge, an atomization chamber, a smart chip controller and built in rechargeable lithium battery. The replaceable cartridges contain propylene glycol, water and natural flavoring. When the user inhales on the device, the air flow is detected by a sensor. A microprocessor then activates an atomizer which injects tiny droplets of the liquid into the flowing air and vaporizes the liquid. The vapor is inhaled by the user. Each cartridge is equivalent to 20 regular cigarettes, and it costs less than three dollars each. Any “smoke” that the cigarette gives off is just condensation that evaporates within seconds.
What is propylene glycol?
- Propylene glycol is a faintly sweet, odorless and colorless liquid. It is used in the SmokeFree™ to more closely imitate the sensation of smoking. Propylene glycol is routinely used as an ingredient in medicines, cosmetics, food and toothpaste. Additionally, Propylene glycol is approved by the FDA as a food additive and is safe to be used as an ingredient for inhalation.
Can I use the product to stop smoking?
- No government agency has evaluated the SmokeFree™ as a device to quit smoking. SmokeFree™ is simply an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes.
Who should use our product?
- Our product was developed with the intent that it be used as a better alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes to be used by adults who already smoke. SmokeFree™ should not be used by persons under the legal age to smoke, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or persons suffering from heart ailments, high blood pressure or respiratory diseases including asthma.
Does the SmokeFree™ have a smell?
- The vast majority of users do report there is no odor when using the SmokeFree™ . Unlike traditional cigarettes, there is no lingering odor to permeate clothing, skin, hair, vehicles or indoor environments. Users will not exhibit the “dirty ashtray” smell of traditional cigarette users. As an added bonus, users report that use of the SmokeFree™ does not result in the yellowing of teeth associated with traditional cigarettes.
What's in the vapor or smoke from the SmokeFree™?
- The vapor given off by use of the SmokeFree™ is 90 percent water. While it may resemble smoke, it fully dissipates within seconds and, best of all, it does not pose the serious health risk to persons nearby associated with traditional cigarette smoke.
Can a SmokeFree™ be used anywhere?
- Use of the SmokeFree™ involves no burning tobacco, no ignition and no second hand smoke. So, technically, the answer is yes. We do recommend that our users respect the wishes of business proprietors who may set rules barring even the use of non-offensive products such as the SmokeFree™. Since the SmokeFree™ does not contain any tobacco, it is not subject to tobacco related laws and regulations such as the Clean Indoor Air Act.
How long does the cartridge last?
- Each cartridge will produce roughly the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes.
How long will the battery last?
- A fully charged battery should produce approximately 300 mouthfuls of vapor between charges. This number varies from user to user depending on the length and strength of the individual user’s action of inhaling. 300 mouthfuls is roughly the equivalent of a pack of tobacco cigarettes.
