Let Us Form Your LLC

Additionally, you may use Health e-Choice’s in house counsel as your registered agent. A registered agent is a person designated to receive legal service of process for a business. Most states require that a LLC formed in that state appoint and maintain a registered agent. At Health e-Choice™, we add free telephone consultations regarding operating as an LLC as a bonus for the entire time our counsel serves as your registered agent. Services as your registered agent are free for the first year of your LLC’s existence. For subsequent years, there is a fee of $100.00 per year.
